Where do I park when I visit your studio?
There is plenty of on-street metered parking on 25th Street. Meters are in effect 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Cost is $.50/hour. Meters take coins or credit cards.
How much time should I allow for my session?
You should allow at least one hour for headshots, and 90 minutes for portraits. If we are providing professional makeup, that process usually takes about 40-45 minutes.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are more than 30 minutes late to your session I reserve the right to reschedule it.
What should I wear for my photo session?
Once your appointment is booked and deposit received, I’ll send you detailed instructions on hair, makeup and attire.
How many photos will I receive from my session?
For most headshot sessions, you’ll receive between 8-10 preliminary selections. Once you pick your final selections, I will perform general retouching (exposure, cropping, blemish removal, etc.) and provide the digital files for you to download.
PLEASE NOTE: For advanced retouching (changing background color, removing objects, eliminating unruly hair, etc.) there will be an additional charge. I’ll let you know the cost before I perform the extra work.
How will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive the preliminary images via link to a client gallery. Once you select your final photos you’ll be able to access them in the same gallery.
Can I get prints from my photo session?
Yes! You can order prints in a variety of sizes and finishes directly from the client gallery. I review all orders before they are sent off to a professional lab, and shipped directly to you.
What types of payment do you accept?
I process all invoices via Square, which means I can accept debit or credit cards, personal checks or cash.
I know you require a 50% deposit when the session is booked. When is the balance due?
I will send the final invoice when I send you the preliminary selections. Payment is due on receipt. Images will not be released until payment is received.
Can I bring my husband/mother/kids or other guests?
Sure!
